1. Developer Identity & Application Scope

This Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, and handling of user data by DroidForge / PT NYUBICREW SUDUT KAMAR (including brand identities DroidForge and PT NYUBICREW SUDUT KAMAR, referred to as "we", "us", or "our") for the mobile application DroidForge CleanUP distributed via the Google Play Store and official platforms.

By installing, opening, or utilizing DroidForge CleanUP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the practices described in this document. If you do not agree with this policy, please refrain from using or immediately uninstall the application.

2. Information We Collect (Including Device & Other IDs)

We adhere strictly to the principle of data minimization. In compliance with the Google Play Data Safety policy, we disclose all categories of data collected or shared by DroidForge CleanUP:

A. Device or Other IDs (Declared Under Google Play Data Safety)

To provide essential app functionality, deliver diagnostic crash analytics, ensure security/fraud prevention, and support advertising or analytics services, the app and integrated Google SDKs may collect and transmit the following device identifiers off-device:

• Advertising Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (AAID / GAID), utilized by advertising and analytics SDKs (e.g. Google AdMob and Firebase) to serve relevant non-personalized or personalized ads and measure performance.
• Device & Hardware Identifiers: Anonymous system identifiers, Android ID, App Set ID, device model, hardware specifications, manufacturer, operating system version, and system locale/carrier details.
• Network Identifiers: Masked IP address and general network connectivity status (used strictly for network routing, crash diagnostics, and regional compliance).

B. Diagnostic & Performance Telemetry

• Crash Logs & Stack Traces: Real-time stack traces, crash timestamps, memory usage, and runtime application exceptions collected automatically via Google Play Console and Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose bugs and improve app stability.
• App Performance Metrics: Launch times, ANR (Application Not Responding) rates, and UI frame render statistics.

C. Information You Provide Directly

• Support Inquiries: When you voluntarily contact us via email (admin@tukangroot.com) for support, bug reports, or feature requests, we retain your email address and message history exclusively to resolve your inquiry.

D. What We NEVER Collect

• We do not collect personal identifying numbers, government IDs, biometric data, financial accounts, or payment card details.
• We do not collect or store your address book, SMS messages, personal photos, or contact lists.
• We do not track your precise real-time physical GPS location unless an application explicitly requires location for core utility (and only with your explicit runtime consent).

3. Device Permissions & Hardware Usage

DroidForge CleanUP requests only the minimal runtime permissions required to deliver its utility features. All permissions are requested in accordance with Android security best practices:

• Internet & Network State (android.permission.INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Required to load remote resources, verify licenses, report diagnostic telemetry, and serve ads.
• Storage & Media (if applicable): Used exclusively on-device when cleaning cache, managing storage, or inspecting user-selected files. Files are analyzed strictly on-device and are never uploaded to remote servers without explicit user instruction.
• Post Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used to deliver critical background cleanup summaries, system notifications, or operation completion alerts. You can disable this anytime in Android System Settings.

4. Purposes of Data Processing

The data collected from DroidForge CleanUP is processed strictly for:

• Operating, executing, and improving the features of DroidForge CleanUP.
• Monitoring application stability, troubleshooting ANRs and crashes, and preventing malicious abuse or security threats.
• Complying with Google Play Developer Program Policies and Data Safety requirements.
• Serving contextual or personalized ads through certified third-party ad networks (e.g. Google AdMob).
• Responding to user customer service inquiries and technical requests.

5. Third-Party SDKs & Off-Device Data Transmission

DroidForge CleanUP integrates verified third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) from Google to provide core system architecture, analytics, and monetization. These services operate under industry-standard security frameworks:

6. Data Retention & Permanent Deletion

We retain user correspondence (e.g., support emails) only as long as necessary to address your request. Diagnostic telemetry collected by Google services is retained in accordance with Google's standard retention cycles (typically 14 to 90 days).

Data Deletion Mechanism: Users have the right to request deletion of any identifiable information associated with their communication. To request deletion, send an email to admin@tukangroot.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request - DroidForge CleanUP". We verify and execute all valid deletion requests within 14 business days.

7. Security & Encryption Standards

We implement comprehensive technical and organizational safeguards to ensure data security:

• All data transmitted off-device is encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (HTTPS / TLS 1.3).
• Origin web and API servers are shielded behind Cloudflare edge security with active WAF, SSL certificate pinning, and DDoS mitigation.
• No unencrypted plain-text personal identifiers are stored or logged.

8. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

DroidForge CleanUP is designed for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children. 9. User Rights & Regulatory Compliance

We respect your legal rights under international and domestic data protection legislation:

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to maintain full compliance with Google Play Developer Program Policies and statutory updates. Any changes will be published directly to this URL with a revised "Effective Date". Continued use of DroidForge CleanUP following updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
